Societal AI is a community that explores the intersection of artificial intelligence with society, studies what we can do to maximize benefits while minimizing harms, and mobilizes people to take action for AI safety.

First and foremost we are AI-neutral; taking an objective stance helps us tackle the problems that AI raises while appreciating the value it provides. AI is here to stay, whether we like it or not. Learning to live with it is the first step in making the technology work out for the greater good.
